Period or implantation help

I was hoping this month would be the month but today I had a big dip in my temp, I have sore breasts and a few cramps but like period cramps and I'm due on in the next week! I haven't seen any blood, pink or brown discharge. Could it possibly by implantation or is it safe to say it's AF due?
