Miscarriage dream
So I am 6 weeks today and I started feeling nauseous yesterday evening after work. I got motion sick on the ride home from work and then it didn't go away all night... Then last night I dreamed that I had bleeding and what I understood in the dream to be miscarriage. Is this a bad sign??
