I had been trying everything to get him here. My due date according to my midwife was 2/15 that definitely came and gone. I desperately went in for acupuncture on Wednesday morning hoping to induce. Right after I got home I lost my mucus plug which I know doesn't always mean labor right away but it was a sign in the right direction so I was happy. My contractions became more and more close but I ignored them because I had a very long labor with my first child. I  labored at home so long I was afraid it was too long when it actually hit me.  I got into the bath to find relief and decided to check myself and I could feel his head jus sitting at the top of vaginal canal and the thinnest membrane separating my finger and him. I got out the bath and started having full on urges to push. By the time I got my mom to the house to sit with Sasha (2yearold daughter) and my husband and I got to the hospital I was screaming because I was fighting to hold him in. They rushed me in and within 15 minutes of arrival and about 5 pushes he was born. Creed Leonardo Powell  12:34 am 2/16/2016 9.9lbs 20.5 inches long 💗🙇🏽👼🏽💙
