Milk pimples?

Does anyone know what caused milk pimples on baby's face and chest and how to make them go away? My bub is breast fed with the occasional top up of formula and he doesn't have lots of milk pimples but has a couple on each cheek and a few around his head and chest

I never believed when people told me to but breast milk on it but it really works!! Rub some on at each feeding and let it dry.

How old is he/she ? New horns are still expelling the hormones that they absorbed from you in the womb so it's very normal for them to have it . Some pediatricians recommend washing baby's hair with a little selson blue . It's sounds crazy but it actually works.

Try some cocoanut oil just once or twice a day it should clear it up.
