Could this possibly mean Positive? Help.

I feel so terribly pregnant. I have a hundred thousand symptoms, most of which I didn't even know were pregnancy symptoms until I googled them and found out. I have no idea when my period is due, but it's been 42 days since the last one and 19 days since I last had unprotected sex. 12 days ago I had a little bit of dark brown spotting for two days and been having all kinds of crazy strong PMS symptoms ever since.

If you notice it's completely blank except for a tiny touch of pink on the bottom of where the line *would* be. Is it at all possible that this is a positive?

I'd appreciate your opinion. I feel like I'm going crazy.
