Cold ?

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days and have a horrible cold . Sore throat , ears hurt, yucky nose . What can I do ?? I always manage to get sick every time I'm pregnant. I'm scared to take anything because of my miscarriage history. Help !! I feel miserable !

Your allowed to take paracetamol and they should ease most symptoms.

I'm 9 weeks and on my second cold. I've taken paracetamol and honey and lemon for my throat. I also gargled with warm salt water which actually helped loads even though it doesn't taste great.

I'm with u I'm 6 weeks and I'm so sick ugh i feel like total crap n I'm running around chasing my 9 month old whose crawling every where lol
