What's your mantra for those days that just SUCK?

Nothing seems to work properly, things don't go the way you plan them.. people,  including yourself, are been the worst version of themselves T_T

Remember that last time you thought you couldn't survive? You did it then, you can do it again. 
Each moment is a new moment and just because the previous moments didn't go well doesn't mean all the rest of your moments can't.
Tomorrow is a new day.

I wish I had a positive Mantra for days like that but I don't. I just think "Fuck everything." The entire day.
