Babies vomiting?

So i have My 4 week old baby, and lately she has been vomiting Every time i put her to Burp, and after that she doesnt want to eat it Seems like her throat hurts... Does your baby vomits or spits Every time he burps?

My son is 2 weeks and this just started happening. It's more so breast milk that he isn't swallowing (not chunky spit up)?! He spits up like 15 mins after feeding/burping.

Baby shouldn't spit up more than a mouthful.

Is it projectile vomitting? like does it fly out or is it just come out and drop down babies face? My baby boy has silent reflux so I learnt a bit about when a baby vomits and if you are breastfeeding (not sure if you are or not) but since breast milk is naturally made for your baby it actually won't hurt the babies throat when vomited or spit up because of what it contains it can actually strengthen their esophagus! But even if you are formula feeding, the baby can't vomitting more then 50% of their intake so you don't have to worry if baby isn't getting anything after feeding if baby vomits because baby did get at least 50% of what is fed

My son spits up every time I burp. My oldest did the same.

Feed upright more and take breaks with the bottle to let the milk settle to the stomach and try not to over feed,  it can be hard to tell.  I pause in the middle of feeding and do a quick burp and continue feeding if he wants more.
