Dog jumped on my lower stomach

This is my 2nd child and I will going for a VBAC. This morning I was laying on my back and my 60+lb dog jumped directly down on my lower stomach on my c-section scar. I haven't had any bleeding or sharp pains but it does still hurt. I feel like I'm being paranoid but should I worry?
