Working out?

Question

So I worked out yesterday from 2:15-3. Fed the baby at 3 with no issues. I fed her again around 6 and she seemed so angry while eating. She would eat for a couple of minutes then unlatch and scream and throw her head back then the cycle would repeat. Could it be from working out?

My baby does this sometimes. His doctor said its gas. Try pulling her off and burping her. It works for my boy. Either that or I lay him on his tummy and he starts farting.

Was she pulling your nipples with her mouth? Did she look frustrated? Sounds like she was trying to induce a let down of milk. Nipple stimulation is what signals Your body to let down milk, often babies (especially going through growth spurt which she could be your due around 4 weeks for one) will get frustrated waiting for the milk. It's completely normal and ur milk will catch up in a day or 2. Just keep offering your bReast as often as she wants, she may start to cluster feed and you will feel like she's attached to you 24 hrs a day. She needs this so just go with the flow!

My guess is it's not from working out. If it continues, call a lactation consultant or your ped for advice.
