Live in DC. Visited the west coast for a vacation the week I was supposed to ovulate earlier this month. Husband and I have been TTC for about 2 months. AF was expected yesterday but nothing. Not sure if a minor 3 hour time difference for a week during this cycle would cause my hormones to be a mess. Hoping we conceived but not sure how many days I should wait to really test. Don't want to be disappointed. Anyone experience cycle changes because of travel?
