Feeling lost..

I had an ultrasound today for my second prenatal appointment (10w) with my second pregnancy and there was no heartbeat. I have a healthy 16week old son. I am so hurt from our loss. I feel like it's all my fault. I am just going to love my husband and son and try to get through this..
