I can't keep my pregnancy vitamins down 😞
hey everyone. just seeing if anyone had any advice. I'm really struggling to take the vitamins I'm meant to take. everytime I take them it's like I'm sick till it comes back up. sorry for the horrible image of that. just worrying that baby's not getting enough of what it needs xxx
