Hmm? Help! What do you think? Line?

Help! One of these (13 dpo at night) and one 14dpo early am... One came up with something in middle within 3 minutes, the other within a couple hours after throwing it out. I know evap lines really well, these are thick, not thin and off center. Ideas? :(
