So confused by this. Sorta new to BBT charting. What does this even mean. I don't understand the big job followed by the normal temps. Anyone got any ideas?

Are u on your period now? Is that the big dip ?

Could be a cold, could be you didn't temp immediately after waking up, could be you did take your temp later than usually, could be that you didn't sleep for 6 hours without disturb before temping.... Many reasons....
