Gender reveal?!

Paid for a gender ultrasound. What do you see?! The tech said what he thought it is 100% forsure. but im skeptical lol i dont see the 3 lines..

I don't trust ultrasounds! With my first I have a printed picture of "girl parts" even with the 3 lines the tech said absolutely no boy parts. But she must've been looking at something else because baby popped out a boy!! This time around I'm getting the Panorama blood test and anatomy ultrasound just to be sure. It wasn't fun going to the stores and exchanging/returning all our pink stuff just 3 days after giving birth!
