confuse ???no period and negative

so my period was supposed to come since 11th of February and to this days it hasn't come yet I took a pregnancy test and it says negative has anyone experience this I'm so confused

Maybe go to the doctor and have a blood test to see if you are pregnant I took a home pregnancy test n it said negative I had the blood test done and sure enough I was pregnant I am now 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant

I got my IUD out on Jan 28th and I still haven't had a period and I have gotten 2 negative tests. Soo frustrating! I have no idea when my period will come 😢
