I had my mirena inserted yesterday, I wish I educated myself more because the pain was horrific, I think the worst pain I've ever been through.  Right After the insertation my doctor left the room and I stood up and litterally at least a cup of blood dripped out of my vagina, I've never seen this much blood before so I started crying and pushed the call light, a nurse came in to help me clean up but she was unsure why I was bleeding so much, I waited for my doctor to come back in but she never did so I left the office crying. I just want to know if anyone else had this happen to them??? Also I can't feel my strings, I didn't think it would be this stressful!
