Baby hasn't dropped.

Just curious how many other second time mom's babies haven't dropped? Is this normal for the second time around? With my first he had dropped by 33wks. My little one is head down but still sitting pretty high at 37wks.  I am being induced next week for high blood pressure and I was really hoping it would drop and help me dilate. I've been walking a lot and using my yoga ball but it's being a total stinker and won't drop low. 😕
