Having trouble getting pregnant

So I'm 23yo. I've had a lot of sexual partners but I have only been pregnant twice both resulting in miscarriages. I haven't been able to get pregnant since I was 18. My last miscarriage I had a D&C. I've had an std before and have been told my chances of getting pregnant are slim. Is there anything I can do to help my body to conceive a child when I am ready? Please helllpppp!!! I want kids of my own one day :(
