I got a "less than 2" hcg blood test. What does this mean!?

I'm soo scared. I have been having nonstop sharp pains in my left abdomen. I would be about 3 weeks pregnant if I am. My doc told me I had a negative blood test, although I had 7 positive hpt. I looked up my results and it said <2.

What does this mean??

It means you're not pregnant. That's a negative test. Either you were pregnant and you miscarried or you mistook dye runs/evaps as positives. Either scenario sucks
