Spotting and Cramping after my Cycle
Has anyone experienced spotting and Cramping after their menstrual cycle? My cycle went of on Saturday afternoon. But from Monday -Thursday... I'm been spotting and from Monday to now...I've been cramping. Has anyone experienced this? I've also had headaches... mild nausea... and sluggish.
And ideas or whatnot could be ladies?
