Butt pains?!

I know this is going to sound weird. But the last week or so it's like the cushion back there is gone and I can't sit for long without my behind hurting.  Never could I even imagine that being a thing. But it is! Along with the back pains. Which I would expect. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this?? Thanks!

Sciatic pain. The pelvis is widening in preperation and everything is getting repositioned. I experienced this with my last pregnancy and it lessened towards the end of my second trimester and then started again towards the end of pregnancy. It was the worst pregnancy issue that I had. It made it difficult to walk for long periods of time. I did find that some supportive shoes...Birkenstocks for me, did help tremendously.

I had really bad back pain and my tailbone was hurting so bad with my last pregnancy, that I couldn't sit and stand up without being in pain. Eventually time fixed it.

During pregnancy your tailbone actually moves out away from your body to make room. Your spine is actually pushed out a bit as well, which is where that sway back look comes from when you start to get really big. It can be very uncomfortable, but is supposed to move back into its normal position after birth. Sometimes it doesn't or it takes longer and in those cases you can actually visit a chiropractor and they can manipulate it back into place. 😊 (This happened to me with my 2nd)

I've been having lwft cheek sensitivity & aches as well. I was informed that during this pregnancy I will have pain in places I never knew could hurt & I'm 13 weeks today

I've had some pretty bad pain in my lower back and hip but just on one side. The chiropractor is my savior! I guess all the hormones can loosen your joints up and cause a lot of hip/back pain... If it doesn't bother you o would find a chiropractor that does prenatal adjustments.

Omg I've been having pains in my "butt" too. More like the bones in there feel bruised or something. It's the weirdest day. It especially hurts when I've been walking a lot or standing too long.

I had pains in my butt/hip and i noticed it mostly when laying on my back that it would flare up more. I went to the chiropractor and she said my hips were def misaligned. After a few pops and cracks i havent had the issue since (its only been a day though lol)
