Dry skin
My skin has been so dry lately, my hands and face specifically. Don't know if it's the weather or the hormones or prob both. I tried using a neutragena face moisturizer but now I am breaking out. Any suggestions on what to use to prevent/help clear up breakouts but also keep moisturized?
