About a week ago, I developed horrible lower back pain only on the left side. I move a certain way or put to much pressure on my left side, I get a sharp pain from my lower back down my butt to my ankles.. The pain is excruciating!! Went to the local er and it is sciatica, which I figured a day or two before I went in to be checked. The er told me steroid injections are needed and I needed to see a pain specialist.. I asked if he was going to do the injections before leaving (anything to lighten the pain) and he said no. Send me home with hydro condone.. Has anyone had this while pregnant?? Was there anything in particular (home remedy wise) that helped? I'm desperate to try any thing that might help.. Thank you!!
