Hey yall, so I am 22 years old, about 5"2 and weight right at 98lbs. Within the last year I have probably lost around 10-15+pounds...(I'm thinking from just stress and anxiety of my job, honestly) but me and my boyfriend are about to start going to the gym, I am wanting to try to put on weight..healthy weight, that is... I would love to gain about 30 pounds, what's some things I could do gym, and diet wise to accomplish this, and start obtaining results fast? Thanks in advance for the information! :)
