Cramping and preg?

Question

Hi guys I took an at home preg test last thurs it was positive and ever since I've been having bad cramping and nausea  and mild vomiting and I am always tired. I have pcos  and I'm worried that this was a false positive. Do these sound like things that happen when your preg?

You wouldn't have a faulse positive! You can get a faulse negative but not a faulse positive. 
There has to be a pregnant hormone in your body to get that positive. 
All those symptoms are normal!! I've had them all, I'm now 10 weeks, an waiting for my scan.

pregnancy symptoms.
