Opinions ?

So I need opinions me and my bf have 3 kids ages 5 , 3 and 2 and we are moving . Right now we have a 3 bedroom 2 bath washer and dryer but it's going up to $1,400 and we can't afford that so we are undecided Wether to get a 2 bedroom because it has washer and dryer or but I feel like it would be too small or a 3 bedroom with no washer and dryer ? They're both around the same price so we don't know what to do ?

Look at how much money you'll be spending at the laundromat and factor that in your price. Its always good to weigh pros and con's before you make your decision.

I don't even have kids but the first apartment I lived in had a washer and dryer, I didn't think I would miss it because they are small stackable ones... My next  apartment had one set of w&d for 8 apartments that cost 3 dollars per load it was awful!!! I vote for 2 bedroom

I'd rather deal with a little bit smaller place and have the convenience of the washer and dryer in my own home! That gets really old dragging all your kids to the laundry mat when you could be doing something else!!!

While your kids are still small, it's totally fine to have them sleep in the same room for awhile. I'd pick the two bedroom. Paying for the laundromat, especially when you have small children, is so expensive!

I think 3 bedroom but with 3 kids, you'll be paying a butt load of money to wash at a laundromat... 😕 so idk.
