Is there a way to ensure the milk supply?

I'm about 36 weeks, and I plan on exclusively breast feeding for as long as possible. BUT- I'm worried about being able to give the baby enough. This is my 3rd baby, and it seemed like I didn't produce enough milk with the previous babies. I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's something I can start doing now. Any thoughts or experience are appreciated!

Relax, stress or worry will work against u. They make milk makers cookies(delicious n worth it) then there's milk maker teas, eat oatmeal, tons of fluids, warmly water after birth on boobs(like shower) can stimulate them, avoid tight bras/sports bras

The most essential thing to having a good milk supply is taking milk out of your boobs. So you need baby to have a good latch or you need to pump/manual express like crazy. And let baby nurse as often as possible (yes, that might be every hour for a while). To do now? Learn manual expression, and find a la leche league group in your area and attend a meeting the month before you're due.

Fenugreek is also said to help with boob growth as well as milk supply

I know this isn't proven but they say that the placenta capsules they make from your placenta help with milk production.

They actually sell cookies that help you produce milk. I can't remember the name but you should google it

Make sure to drink a glass of water each time you feed. This really helped me. I noticed every time I'd skip drinking water I wouldn't pump nearly as much. And of course eating good meals. I swore I ate more breastfeeding than I did when I was pregnant.
