3rd round of clomid

Mina • Ttc for 3+ years diagnosed pcos & azoospermia praying for a miracle🙏🏻
Both rounds I ovulated this is my 3rd round of 50mg hoping my last on 1500 mg Metformin and on cycle day 7 day 3 of clomid 
I have been having severe hot flashes on and off my body always feels like an oven and I'm always cranky emotional and extremely bitchy is this normal ? Because it feels like Hell
