Hi, I'm 19 and I've been thinking about starting birth control but have no clue what I should go on. I'm extremely forgetful so I really need something that I don't really have to remember. Help me please.

Since you mentioned your forgetfulness, I recommend either an IUD or a depo shot. With an IUD, you get it inserted once, and then it's there for 3-5-10 years, depending on the kind, and you don't have to worry about a thing after the first few months. If you want something less invasive, the depo shot is every 3 months and I'm sure the doctor will give you reminders so you don't forget to get the next one. :) There are a few other methods (these are just the main ones) that don't require day-to-day doses like the pill, which is sooo easy to forget.
