A: it doesn't seem to have any colour so could be a evap line 
B: You shouldn't rely on a test if you have opened it up it become invalid

I would yest again in a few days before getting too excited.

This looks the same as the 5 test I have done and all my blood work come back neg 
Have done test since and still get pos I would try a different test :)
