TTC w/ type 1 Diabetes

I was just wondering if anyone else on here has type 1 diabetes and trying to conceive? I've been a T1D since I was 12 and am on an insulin pump. I'm now 28 and my husband and I have been more actively trying since July. Also wondering if anyone out there has already had a successful pregnancy w diabetes. Just looking for someone to share their experiences. I know being pregnant w diabetes will be a lot of work but I know it can be done.
