Hip spasm (cramps?) (37weeks pregnant )

Question

Im not exacly sure how to put this. Its so weird did not have it with my first 2 pregnancies.

Its feels like my hips is having cramps (like the type you get in you legs or toes ) when i stand or walk. 
Its quite painfull. I look like a chicken dancing when it comes. I cant keep standing straights. Its quick and passes. Its just getting more and more every day.

Anyone else experiences this?

I don't get them in my hips but I get them in my butt oh and boy does it hurt...I can't stand straight or walk very well...I feel for you
