Surgery, yes or no?

Question

I got blood work done about a week and a half ago for ovarian neoplasm (cancer) due to a larger cyst on my ovary. The tests came back with normal levels, yet, my doctor wants me to do surgery to remove it. Mind you I've only had the cyst for about a month and some take three to four months to absorb themselves. Is this really medically necessary? I have no pain or anything with it. It's kind of just there.

If your doctor says to remove it then yes you should listen to him/her. Take your doctors opinion or even get a second opinion but a poll on an app isn't a good way to make such an important decision dealing with your health.

I had one on my left ovary and my Dr Judy monitored it for a couple months to see if it would go away. It was compact so told me if it didn't go away after two months we'd have to do surgery. If sy get a second opinion just incase

I have one one my left ovary, we were all set up surgery but I got pregnant. So after I deliver, we will take care of it then. 
Personally I would get it removed. If the cyst gets bigger it could mess with the amount of eggs you have in that ovary. When it's that sides turn to produce the egg, I always ovulate late. As well as, now I'm not sure if the cyst is the reason, but I think it is, but since my cyst is pretty big my left side only has 8 eggs where my right side has 22. That's a big difference. 
Plus, the surgery, is pretty minor. However, it is still surgery. Still risks.
