pumping at work advice?

I've been fortunate enough to take six months off and my daughter has been EBF during this time. I'm going back to work in a week and want some advice about pumping! how often in an 8 hour period do you pump? do you always pump for set amount of time like 15 min? has your supply kept up after a few months? my LO sometimes snacks every two hours at home but she can go up to four hours between feedings. thanks!!

I pump 2-3 times in an 8 hour day. My son eats 5 oz 3 times a day while I'm away. 
Big tip I have is buy a pumping bra! I have one that's lasinoh brand, it adjusts to any size. When I first started I did watch videos or look at photos of my son to help with let down. Now my body seems to have gotten the hang of it and I don't have to. The medela brand steam bags and wipes are handy to have. I use tommee tippee bottles and recently bought an adaptor to pump directly into them. Pump parts can go in a ziplock bag and refrigerated during the day. I currently pump for 20 minutes at a time, and make enough milk for one extra bottle. I freeze that, because due to work policy I can only pump until he's a year. I rotate my freezer stash to have some extra on hand when that time comes.

One tip I know: look at a picture or a video of you baby to help with let down and to increase your relaxation and oxytocin.

At first, I was pumping every three hours 9:30, 12:30 and 3:30 but now I've been able to stretch my sessions to every four hours and I produce a few ounces more. Make sure you drink lots of water while working. It'll help keep your milk regulated

I pump every 3 hours. You should pump as often as your LO feeds while you are away so for me my LO has 3 bottles so I pump 3 times. I pump until  no more comes out which is about 10 minutes for me. With setup and cleanup that is about 20 min. I recommend the book Work, Pump, Repeat. It really helped me figure out pumping at work. I've been doing it for about 1.5 months now and it hasn't been so bad!

Even though I had a room I have chose to pump in my car our parking lot is private and I still cover myself. I found it to be relaxing and sometime I am able to FaceTime with baby. I pump at 7:15 right before work (15 min) at lunch 12:00 (15 min) and again at 4:00 (15 min) I am able to keep my supply up and though it makes a busy day I know I can handle it.

I couldn't manage to pump at work, even though they have me a little lockable room to use I just couldn't relax enough for my milk to flow 🙁 so we started giving formula during the day and I breastfeed at night. I hope you are more successful!
