Phoned in sick tonight as feeling really dizzy and nauseated, my blood pressure has dropped to 87/34 and I'm very sleepy.. I never phone in sick but if I feel this dizzy at 6am I wouldn't be willing to drive the 20minutes to work, I wouldn't feel safe.. I could no way deal with 13 hours at work tomorrow feeling like this. I am 8 weeks 2 days, do you think I'm being ridiculous? Help😞
