Birth control implant😭

I got the implant last month and i was litterally praising it the guy im with had finished in me more than once and i got my period so no pregnancy. My period started super light and i had no cramps at all, but now im going into my second week of my period... Its still super light but i cant deal with this anymore! I looked it up and apparently this has happened to people before one girl had her period for a month straight.
