Hazing: should it be illegal?
Some frats and sororities have unpleasant but safe things like eating bugs or something stupid. Then the have the thousands of stories of people being verbally abused, raped, assalted from both establishments. People lose testicles, suffer sodomy, are forced to assalt others, force fed all kinds of stuff and plenty have died in the many years it has been considered "a tradition". Then let's not forget the rasicm/misogynistic/anti-LGBT related stories. There seems to be no state free of these brutalities and schools don't seem to enforce rules over it, rather most cover it up. Not all frats do these things, but many many do.
Should we increase state-level charges for hazing?
