Ivd and endometriosis.

Jane
Hi
I've just had my assistive conception appointment after 8 months of ttc, in my 30s, after my last lap for Endo. The results of the laps and treatment were positive however they had to open and flush out both my ovaries.
The appointment was a bit of a shock to me, they have suggested we apply for Ivf straight away rather than less invasive procedures. I feel pretty numb about it and have been reading up on the slimmer chances you have with Ivf and Endo. I'm wandering if anyone has advice to offer, both good and bad? I've read about needing more carful with hormone dosages and mixes to lessen the Endo flare ups. Any experience?
I'm looking to find the best options I can to try and make the best of a bad situation. Thanks!!!
