Breaking out on cheeks/jawbone

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year now. I noticed that for a few days I have been getting a lot of acne on my cheeks/jawbones BUT I NEVER get acne like this. Maybe one zit on my cheek for the time of the month or when I am super stressed. I haven't changed anything with my diet or makeup or anything like that, But I keep getting more. Could this be an early pregnancy sign?? 😳🙏🏼
