How do I know if I'm leaking fluid or just peeing myself

I read if you aren't sure, wear a pad. Then you might be able to better distinguish from the sight/smell

Pee smells like pee.. fluid smells sweet. Go pee.. lay down for 1 hr and stand up.. if you leak it's fluid.
