I've been giving my 2 1/2 month old gas drops for awhile and have never had an issue with mylicon or little remedies and one other brand. We just bought pedia care gas relief drops and after I gave her some I noticed a red spot on her cheek where some of the drops landed. It's a thick creamy liquid. She doesn't have any other symptoms and is fine. Just wondering why it could have caused a red spot could she be allergic to one brand. They are all the same ingedient.
