Back pain

Ok I know this is not my first child but I'm having pains I've never had before. Wondering if anyone can help out. I have this never ending I wanna cry back pain lower part just about my pants and all the way to my sides. And every once in a while it gets a little worse. With pains that shoot to my vag area. But nothing in my stomach no tight no pains nothing. Is this normal or is then any ideas to help ease the pain
