14 and sex

I'm 14 and have had sex with my boyfriend 3 times and we've been together for almost 11 months. I'm 6 days late on my period and Ive never been this late and we last did it Valentine's Day. I think I did the pregnancy test wrong so I have to get another one without my parents knowing. Is it bad I've already had sex and might be pregnant?
