BH your whole stomach tightens and although it shouldn't be painful, they are often uncomfortable and usually make me have to pee. REAL contractions on the other hand are like period cramps on crack. Mine sort of radiated from back to front. It is unlike anything I had ever felt before. They say that you will know and I did. I wish you the best :-)
