I keep feeing a baby kick like when I was pregnant

So my daughters 4 months old. Ever since my 6 week check up I've been on birth control. But weird thing is I'm starting to feel little baby movements like I did when I first felt my daughter kick. I've had phantom kicks and this feels nothing like them. Freaking out lmao.
