I had a miscarriage how do I try and go along in life? It's literally impossible it seems like 😔 my life is basically all tears now.

I just lost my first baby on Valentine's Day....it's been a very rough week...I've just had to take time off for myself to be alone with my thoughts and be sad....being with my husband and having his love has really helped me with it! Talk to people about it, cry to them, and try to make it through....you can do it! We, mothers of little angels, have to be strong!!!

Unfortunately you never move on but it gets a little easier with time to cope with it all. I have 7 angels looking down on me. It doesn't get easier the more you have and they all hurt the same. I lean on god a lot to help me with my fears and strength to keep going. I have 3 living children and that helps me probably the most. My husband wasn't so comforting he just holds all his pain and emotions in. I am pregnant with baby #4 now, I've made it to a little over 8 weeks. Don't give up hope it will happen when it's meant to. I didn't think I would ever get this far again but sure enough I figured out the why "everything happens for a reason" and here we are today. Sending ((hugs)) to you. Remember no one can take this away from you. Be you and take all the time you need .

In September, my best friend and her baby (she was 9 months pregnant at the time) passed away unexpectedly. Two weeks later I miscarried. All of this occurred in the midst of me starting a brand new job. It was truly devastating to lose so much all at once...my best friend, the baby I would consider my niece, and my own child. I'm still just going through the motions of daily life. It is so hard. The grief never goes away, but the pain does lessen in time. To answer your question, you just keep moving forward. Eventually something will make you smile again. Seek a counselor to talk through your grief, that has really helped me especially since I was already battling depression before the losses I experienced. Hang in there, girl. Cut yourself some slack and take time off work to just wallow at home if you need to. I wish I would've taken more time for myself to do that.

I'm so sorry for your loss 😢 I too recently had a miscarriage at seven weeks.. Its not easy but it really helps to talk about it. Number one thing to do is don't blame yourself because it was nothing you did wrong. You will need a good support system trust me. Was this your first baby?

Yes life continues never give up!!! I thought the same but God is great I kept trying and here we are at 11weeks n 2 days don't give up keep trying next thing you know you will be here giving ups updates on your pregnancy ... I lost my baby due to a placental abruption and the only thing that got be through it was talking to my husband and letting all my imotions out. Don't get me wrong I think about her everyday and I'll never get completely over it but it will get easier. Our Robin Grace would have been 3 June 21.

My Angel Baby would be 10 and a half years old if he had lived. It was the most difficult thing I've ever had to deal with. The circumstances of my conception were not happy or welcome but my resulting pregnancy was wanted and like a light in the dark. I couldn't even talk about him for years. Its hard and it sucks and it's painful, but eventually it hurts a little less. It helped me to write about what happened and I still read what I wrote on bad days when I'm missing him. You will never forget, but you will find a way to move on.
