sanitary cup opinions?

I've always wanted to try it but with school, a heavy flow, and the concept of putting a cup in my Vagina, I've never really gotten to it.

any advice from a sanitary cup user? opinions, comments, likes, dislikes etc. let me know!

I love my cup!! I use the diva cup (smallest size) I'm 16 y/o, dealing with school and a heavy flow. The thought grossed me out lol but once I tried it it was great, took a few cycles to adjust. I recommend cutting the stem off so it doesn't scrub against your labia, that was my only issue. Also if you aren't comfortable with sticking your fingers up there to break the suction to pull it out, it might not be for you. But I can keep it in a full school day on heavy flow, I usually don't but I could. It doesn't leak either but I use liners just in case. A lot easier than sneaking pads and tampons into the bathroom or carrying in my bag. Just make sure to keep it clean. I recommend!

What nessecerly is a menstral cup ? I mean like I know what it is but how does it go in and stuff like that ??

Try it at home first, there would be nothing worse than not putting it in correctly and leaking. It can take a few times to get used to it. But once you do, it's amazing!

They're awesome! On my heavy day I change it every 5-6 hours. Maybe 2-3 times just to be safe, but other than that I've had no issues.

I use a menstrual cup, I use the brand mooncup, and love it. It's really easy. There's a small learning curve to knowing how to put them in (you fold it) and creating the seal correctly, but once you've got it you're good to go! No different to a tampon really! I find them nicer than tampons in the way that you can leave them for longer, there's no risk of TSS because they don't contain any chemicals, they're environmentally friendly as they can last for years. My favourite thing is that there's NO smell. I never realised how rank tampons were until I switched, the thought of going back to them now really grosses me out. Any other questions just ask:)
