Can't sleep...

I woke up at 5:20 having to pee so I came to the bathroom and I went well not only that but I went back to lay down and I got back up like 10 minutes later because I had to go again but it's like Everytime I go it's like a few drops of pee and I keep getting the urge to pee like a water fall and its like a few drops Come out!! And I'm constipated! So what is this?? And when I lay down my stomach starts hurting and I can't get comfortable
